摘要
目的:探讨外固定支架联合VSD引流治疗胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者56例,随机分为观察组与参照组。参照组采用外固定支架治疗,观察组采用外固定支架联合VSD引流治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的换药及引流管更换次数、住院天数均少于参照组,创面治疗后面积小于参照组,术后疼痛评分低于参照组,患肢功能优良率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:外固定支架联合VSD引流治疗胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折的临床疗效显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of external fixator combined with VSD drainage in the treatment of open
comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods：56 patients with open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group,the reference group was treated with external fixator, and the observation group was treated with external fixator combined with VSD drainage,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the frequency of dressing change,frequency of drainage tube replacement and length of stay were less than the reference group,the wound area after the treatment was less than the reference group,the postoperative pain score was lower than the reference group,and the good rate of the affected limb was higher than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of external fixator combined with VSD drainage in the treatment of open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula was significant.
