摘要
目的:骨质疏松症是最普遍的骨代谢紊乱症,也是导致骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的主要原因之一。近年经皮椎体成形术(PVP)已被广泛运用于OVCF的治疗。PVP是快速缓解疼痛最好的途径,但不能很好地纠正脊柱畸形,同时存在骨水泥弥散不佳和渗漏,引起临近椎体骨折增加的问题,而传统保守治疗可降低新发骨折发生率,但也会导致一系列并发症。综合考虑,有效、微创、相对安全的PVP仍然是OVCF最常用的治疗手段之一。
Osteoporosis is the most common bone metabolic disorder,it is also one of the main causes of osteoporotic vertebral compression fraetures（OVCF）.In recent years,pereutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） has been widely used in the treatment of OVCF. PVP is the best way- to relieve pain quickly,but it can not correct spinal deformity very well,at the same time,there are problems of poor dispersion and leakage of bone eement,resuhing in the increase of adjacent vertebral fractures.Traditional conservative treatment can reduce the incidence of new onset fraetures,but it can also lead to a series of complications.Comprehensive consideration,effective,minimally invasive and relatively safe PVP is still one of the most commonly used treatments for OVCF.
