摘要
第19次共产党和工人党国际会议于2017年11月2日至3日在俄罗斯圣彼得堡举行。各参会共产党和工人党围绕当时资本主义的形势、苏联社会主义建设的成败得失、十月革命的重要意义等问题展开交流,并就世界资本主义的发展趋势等问题达成了有效共识,但同时也在斗争的方式和策略等重大问题上出现了严重分歧。如何正确对待和处理这些分歧和"不和谐",是摆在当今世界社会主义运动面前的一个重要挑战。
The 19th International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties was held in St. Petersburg, Russia on November 2-3, 2017. At the meeting delegates of communist parties and the workers’ parties held discussions around the current situation of capitalism, the success and failure of socialist construction of the Soviet Communist Party and the significance of the October Revolution. They reached on a set of consensus, but also had serious disagreements on some important issues. How to correctly deal with these differences and “disharmony” is an important challenge facing the world socialist movement today.
