摘要
以广东省湛江市为例,从住建部等部门培育特色小镇的要求出发,对发达地区城市及欠发达地区城市建设特色小镇存在的差异进行深入分析,认为欠发达城市在产业发展、城镇建设、体制机制、文化传承及生态环境等方面与发达地区存在差异,根据欠发达城市的实际情况,提出发展特色小镇的路径主要有:根据市情选择适合产业发展、推进城镇化建设、完善体制机制以及推进文化传承及生态环境保护等。
Taking the city of Zhanjiang in Guangdong province as an example, and basedon the requirement of cultivating characteristic town by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the paper analyzes the discrepancies of developing characteristic townsbetween developed and underdeveloped cities. The latter are less advanced in industrial development, urban construction, system mechanism, cultural inheritance and ecological environment.According to their status-quo, it is better to choose the right industry, promote urbanization,optimize system mechanism, carry on cultural inheritance and protect ecological environment,therefore providing reference to other characteristic towns in underdeveloped cities.
