摘要
深化合作,推进大湾区建设,携手打造国际一流湾区和世界级城市群,是粤港澳三地高水平参与国际合作,提升在国家经济发展和全方位开放中的引领作用的必然选择。随着粤港澳三地经济的快速融合,人流、物流、资金流、信息流等要素流动快速推进,其中人员的高效流动是重中之重。本文在综述国外经验的基础上,提出了粤港澳大湾区在口岸合作中的新模式和新路径,为促进粤港澳深度融合提供借鉴。
Deepening the cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, promotingthe construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, and jointly creating an worldclassurban agglomerations are the inevitable choices for high-level participation in internationalcooperation and promotion of their leading role in national economic development and all-roundopening up of these three places. With the rapid economic integration among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the flows of personnel, logistics and capital as well as other elements are rapidlyadvancing, and the efficient flow of personnel is of the highest priority. Through reviewingadvanced experience overseas, this article proposes new patterns and new paths on port cooperationfor the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, and provides references to deepen integrationamong these three places.
