摘要
SOP事故规程与应急状态分级初始条件和应急行动水平(EAL)存在一定相关性,论文以岭澳二期SOP中的ECP1事故规程为例,将ECP1中的条件和参数与NEI99-01中的EAL进行比较,对在执行ECP1时核电厂应进入的应急状态等级进行分析讨论,并给予核电厂应急管理人员指导。
There is a certain correlation between SOP accident regulations and emergency state grading initial conditions and emergency action level（EAL）. The paper takes the ECP1 accident regulation in Lingao II SOP as an example, compares the conditions and parameters in ECP1 with the EAL in NEI99-01, discusses and analyzes the emergency state level that nuclear power plants should enter when implementing ECP1, and provides guidance for the emergency management staff in nuclear power plants.
