摘要
分析了基于磷酸滴定的冷干法预处理系统在超低排放中的应用特点,即抑制SO_2的溶解,增加对NH_3吸收能力,给出适合的磷酸加入量。以NDIR红外气体分析仪为验证设备,在实验室条件下测试该预处理系统的效率,SO_2的损失率小于1.5%,并将其应用于实际监测,实验室及现场应用结果均表明,可有效抑制SO_2损失,消除铵盐结晶,提高系统的检测准确度,增加其稳定性。
Based on the cool dry pretreatment system of phosphoric acid titration method in ultra-low emission, the paper analyzes the application characteristics that could control the dissolution of SO2, increase the absorption capability of NH3, and give the acceding amount of phosphoric acid. By taking the NDIR infrared gas analyzer as the verifying device, the author tested the efficiency of the pretreat-ment system in the lab, and the loss rate of SO2 was less than 1.5%. And it has ben used in actual field. Both result of application show that the condensed pretreatment system can effectively inhibit the loss of SO2, eliminate ammonium salt crystallization, improve the detection precision and increase its stability.
