摘要
近年来老挝经济增长迅速,为了跟上这充满活力的经济发展脚步,使其国家发展有足够的优秀企业以及政府雇员,发展职业教育势在必行,制定职业教育教师标准也同样被提上日程。老挝职业教育教师学士学位标准颁布于2013年,包括5大能力领域16个模块的80条细则。结合老挝职业教育及其教师教育发展历程,不难发现,老挝一直给予职业教育教师发展高度重视,其重视程度与不懈努力的精神很值得我国参考。
In order to keep up with this dynamic economic development and to have enough excellent enterprises or government employees to develop the country, it is imperative to develop vocational education. Setting standards for teachers in vocational education is also on the agenda. The Lao standard for bachelor＇s degrees in vocational education was issued in 2013 and includes 80 rules for 16 modules in fve areas of competence. Combined with the development of vocational education and teacher education in Laos, it is not diffcult to fnd out that the development of vocational education teachers in Laos has been given great attention, and the degree of attention and the spirit of unremitting efforts are worthy of our understanding and study.
