摘要
农村地籍更新调查是推进不动产统一登记的重要措施,已成为健全自然资源资产产权制度的重要基础,是深化农村改革、破解土地瓶颈的重要支撑。本文以上海地区为例,结合相关政策与土地使用现状,就在超大城市的农村地区开展地籍更新调查工作,提出一种内外业一体化的信息化解决方案,并在实际调查中加以运用,探究调查成果的多用性,为信息化背景下农村土地更新调查提供可行的解决方案。
The investigation of cadastral update in the village is an important measure to promote the unified registra- tion of real estate. It has become an important basis for the improvement of the property rights system of natural re- source assets and is an important support for deepening rural reforms and cracking the bottleneck of land. This article takes the Shanghai region as an example, combines related policies and the current status of land use, and proposes an informatization solution that integrates internal and external industries to carry out cadastre updating surveys in rural areas. In practice, it summarizes the features of the scheme and explores the use of survey results for informationiza- tion. Meanwhile, it provides reference about the investigation of cadastral update in the village.
