投球计数滑套分段压裂技术在锦58井区应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 锦58井区属典型的低孔、低渗致密砂岩气藏,采用水平井裸眼封隔器分段压裂虽然效果显著,但压后无法实现井筒全通径,制约后期的井筒治理,为此试验了投球计数滑套分段压裂工艺。该工艺将常规的级差式投球滑套改进为投球计数滑套,通过投入同一尺寸的压裂球实现水平段逐级分段压裂改造。投球计数滑套分段压裂工艺具有完井、压裂和生产管柱一体化、压裂级数不受限制、作业速度快、压后井筒大通径等优点。X井现场应用表明,投球计数滑套分段压裂工艺不仅可以实现1d内12段压裂施工,而且水平井增产效果显著,X井平均无阻流量达到同区内直井的8.6倍。 The Jin 58 well block, a tight sandstone gas reservoir with the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability, got a good staged fracturing effect by using the horizontal well open hole packer. However, this technology has its own shortcomings, as the non-full-bore hole which restricts the well treatment. For this reason, the ball drop counting sliding sleeve staged fracturing technology was tested, which optimized the ball drop counting sliding sleeve instead of common stage differential type sliding sleeve by dropping the same size ball to open the sliding sleeve and staged fracturing step by step. The ball drop counting sliding sleeve staged fracturing technology has many advantages, such as an integrated pipe string for well completion, staged fracturing and production,unlimited fracturing stages, rapid fracturing speed and full bore hole after fracturing. Field application in X well showed that this technology could complete 12 intervals fracturing within one day under the normal conditions, but also the AOFP of X well was 8.6 times compared to the general vertical well's in 58 well block.
