摘要
文章介绍了湖南省国土科研事业单位人才队伍建设现状,分析了青年科技人员的队伍结构,并从人才结构、培养机制、激励机制、考评机制、生活条件等方面指出了青年国土资源科技人才队伍建设存在的问题,有针对性地提出加强高层次青年科技人才培养的对策措施。
This paper introduces the status of talents building of Hunan Provincial Land and Resources Planning Institute, and analyses the structure of the young technology talent team. Problems in the construction of this team are pointed out from such aspects as talent structure, training mechanism, driving mechanism, the appraisal mechanism and living conditions, and the related countermeasures are proposed.
