摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗白内障手术后瞳神紧小的疗效。方法:102例按随机数字法分为两组,对照组(51例51眼)用西医常规治疗,观察组(51例51眼)用除风活血饮联合西医常规治疗。结果:总有效率观察组92.16%、对照组76.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼痛、睫状充血和房水闪辉等症状评分观察组比对照组低(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗白内障手术后瞳神紧小可改善其症状,并提高视力。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of combination of TCM and western medicine on patients with iridocyclitis after cataract surgery. Method：According to the statistical random number table,102 cases were divided into two groups. The control group （n=51,with 51 eyes）were treated with conventional western medicines while the observation group （n=51,with 51 eyes）were treated with Chufeng Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional western medicine. Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,higher than that in the control group,which was 76.47% （P〈0.05）. The scores of symptoms, such as eye pain,ciliary congestion and aqueous flare in the observation group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine could improve the symptoms and visual acuity for patients with iridocyclitis after cataract surgery.
