心力衰竭病人血清NT-proBNP、mAlb水平与肾功能的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨心力衰竭病人血清N末端B型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)水平与肾功能的相关性。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月于我院治疗的心力衰竭病人87例作为观察对象,分为肾功能恶化组44例和对照组43例,采用电化学发光法及酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清NT-proBNP及mAlb水平,并分析NT-proBNP、mAlb水平与肾功能的相关性。结果肾功能恶化组病人NT-proBNP与mAlb水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,心力衰竭病人的肾功能与NT-proBNP、mAlb水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭病人的肾功能与NT-proBNP、mAlb水平有明显的相关性,检测NT-proBNP和mAlb水平对心力衰竭病人肾功能恶化的预测具有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum N terminal B type brain natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP),urinary microalbumin (mAlb) levels and renal function in patients with heart failure (HF). Methods Eighty seven patients with HF in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation object.The patients were divided into the renal function deterioration group ( n =44) and control group ( n =43).Serum NT proBNP and mAlb levels were detected by electrochemiluminescence and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The correlation between NT proBNP,mAlb and renal function was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The levels of serum NT proBNP and mAlb in renal function deterioration group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05).The results of Pearson analysis showed that renal function was positively correlated with serum NT proBNP and mAlb levels in patients with HF ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The renal function in patients with HF has a significant correlation with NT proBNP and mAlb levels.Detection of serum NT proBNP and mAlb levels is in predicting renal function deterioration in patients with HF.
