摘要 结合汽车水冷系统的控制要求及特点,设计了基于TB9061AFNG芯片的无传感器无刷直流电机控制器,并通过以太网实现与整车控制器的通信。给出了总体的设计方案,设计了具体的硬件电路,包括主控电路、驱动及保护电路、PWM波调制以及以太网通信电路等;对该控制系统进行了实际测试,测试结果表明:系统达到了相应的设计指标,符合当前汽车高性能、轻量化的发展方向。 Combined with the control requirements and characteristics of automobile water-cooling sys- tem, a brushless DC motor controller was designed based on TB9061AFNG chip, and the communica- tion with the vehicle controller via Ethernet was achieved. The overall design scheme was given out, and specific hardware circuits were designed, including master control circuit, driver and protective circuit, PWM wave modulation and Ethemet communication circuit, etc. The actual test to this control system was conducted. The results show that the system meet the corresponding design indicators, accord with the current development direction of high performance and lightweight.
