摘要
目的:观察蒙脱石散剂(思密达)联合鞣酸软膏交替涂抹治疗小儿腹泻尿布疹的疗效。方法:选择我院2015年9月~2017年9月秋冬季腹泻高发时间出现尿布疹的婴幼儿,将符合临床诊断的60例小儿腹泻引起的尿布疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例用蒙脱石散剂(思密达)联合5%鞣酸软膏交替涂抹治疗;对照组30例单独用5%鞣酸软膏外搽涂抹治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率70%、有效率96.7%,对照组痊愈率33.3%、有效率60.0%,经卡方检验,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:蒙脱石散剂联合5%鞣酸软膏涂抹治疗小儿腹泻尿布疹的效果明显优于单纯鞣酸软膏,具有效果显著、治疗时间短、不良反应少的优势,且对臀部皮肤黏膜比较安全,适合临床广泛使用。
Objective to observe the efficacy of smectite powder （smecta） combined with tannin ointment in the treatment of diaper rash in children with diarrhea. 60 cases of diaper rash caused by diarrhea in children were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （30 cases） was treated with smectite powder （smectite） combined with 5% tannin ointment; The control group （30 cases） was treated with 5% tannic acid ointment alone. Conclusion the cure rate of the treatment group is 70 and the effective rate is 96.70.The cure rate of the observation group is 33.3 and the effective rate is 33.3. By chi-square test, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with 5% tannic acid ointment is more effective than simple tannin ointment in the treatment of diaper rash in children with diarrhea. It has the advantages of remarkable effect, short treatment time, less adverse reactions, and safe to the skin and mucosa of the buttocks, which is suitable for wide clinical use.
