摘要
文章以蒙脱土(MMT)和TiO_2纳米管为载体材料,以纤维素及其复合物作为模板制备cell-g-p4vp/MMT和cell-g-p4vp/TiO_2/MMT光催化剂复合材料,利用FT-IR方法验证TiO_2在蒙脱土上的固定效果;利用XRD方法表征TiO_2合成情况以及蒙脱土层的有效剥离;利用SEM方法研究纤维素及其聚合物作为模板对于TiO_2带来的影响。同时,结合紫外可见光谱对TiO_2纳米管/蒙脱土复合材料光催化降解苯酚的结果。研究结果表明,蒙脱土能够有效抑制TiO_2的晶型转变,当溶液的pH值等于4,溶液浓度为100mg/L,催化剂的用量为0.2g时,复合材料对于甲基橙具有良好的光催化降解效果。
In this paper,montmorillonite and TiO2 nanotubes are used as carrier materials,and cellulose and its composites were used as templates to prepare cell-g-p4 vp/MMT and cell-gp4 vp/TiO2/MMT Photocatalyst composite material using the template method.The photocatalytic properties of the prepared TiO2 nanotubes/montmorillonite composites were also analyzed.In the experimental part,the FT-IR method was used to prove the effect of TiO2 on montmorillonite;XRD method was used to prove the TiO2 and rutting and the effective exfoliation of montmorillonite;SEM was used to study the effect that cellulose and its polymer as a template have on TiO2.Meanwhile,the results of photocatalytic degradation of phenol by TiO2 nanotubes/montmorillonite composites in combination with visible spectrum,indicate that montmorillonite can effectively inhibit the transformation of TiO2 crystals.When the pH of the solution is equal to 4,the concentration of the solution is 100 mg/L,when the amount of catalyst is 0.2 g,the composite material has a good photocatalytic degradation effect on methyl orange.
