伴破骨细胞样巨细胞胰腺未分化癌一例
摘要
1临床资料
患者男，57岁，上腹部疼痛一月伴体重减轻入院。外院超声提示胰尾部占位。实验室检查无阳性发现，肿瘤标记物如甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类蛋白（CA199）等均在正常范围内。
