摘要
高职院校担负着培养我国专业技术人才的重任,他们的身心健康水平在很大程度上影响着其今后在工作岗位的工作质量。学校体育在其高职院校学习阶段占很大的作用,良好的学校体育能够促使学生加强体育锻炼,增强自身体质,同时也可以促进其保持体育锻炼的习惯,促进其终身体育意识的形成。然而这些目标的实现需要的是一批专业技能突出,实践能力超强的体育教师,因此本研究主要以我国高职学校的专业技能和实践能力的提升为研究对象,针对高职体育教师存在的相关问题,采用文献资料、专家访谈的方法探究其解决路径,为高职学校体育教学质量的提升献计献策。
Higher vocational colleges are responsible for cultivating professional and technical talents in our country. Their physical and mental health levels greatly influence their work quality in the future. Physical education plays an important role in the process of learning in higher vocational colleges. Good school physical education can encourage students to strengthen physical exercises and enhance their physical fitness. At the same time, they can also promote their habit of maintaining physical exercise and promote the formation of their lifelong sports consciousness. However, the achievement of these goals requires a group of professional sports teachers with professional skills and strong practical abilities. Therefore, this study mainly focused on the improvement of professional skills and practical abilities of Higher Vocational Colleges in China. According to analysis the existing problems of higher vocational physical teachers, this paper used documentary materials and expert interviews to explore the solution to the problem and provide advice and suggestions for physical education teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
