摘要
基于人才、人才培养模式基本概念,在介绍高校类型与人才供求分析基础上,针对应用型高校转型发展,创新性提出了信息管理与信息系统专业"干"型人才培养新模式,重点阐述了"干"型人才培养内涵及其培养措施。最后指出,信管专业特色办学应走"大数据+地方优势产业"道路,并通过工程教育认证促进"干"型人才培养。
At the beginning,the basic concept of talent and talent training mode are briefly introduced.Then,the university type and the analysis of talent supply and demand are discussed.What＇s more,the new talent training mode of information management and information system is innovatively put forward,especially its cultivation connotation and measurement of this training mode.Finally,the mode of＂big data plus local dominant industries＂should be followed by information management and information system,and the cultivation of personnel of versatile skills will be promoted through the engineering education certification.
