摘要
目前大学生创业正在迈入协同创业阶段,如何调动各方资源共同作用于创新创业人才培养,以提高地方本科院校"双创"教育的成效,成为当下高校教育关注的焦点。文章探讨了地方高校构建"双创"人才培养协同模式的意义与有效途径,并以泉州师范学院为例,研究其在创新创业教育领域首创的"机制协同、班级协同、课程协同、教材协同、师资协同"的"五位协同"人才培养模式,为同类高校的创新创业教育提供借鉴。
The entrepreneurship of college students in China is entering the stage of collaborative entrepreneurship.To cultivate their abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship through collaborative mode has become the core of double-innovation education nowadays.Taking Quanzhou Normal Universityas an example,this paper discussed the significance and effective measures of constructing the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system in local universities based on the collaborative mode,and explored the five talent cultivation models:mechanism collaboration,class collaboration,course collaboration,textbook collaboration and teacher collaboration.
