摘要
在对发展经济学、结构主义经济学文明互鉴与后殖民经济国际分工三大定律等学科话语理论反思的基础上,结合千载以来"一带一路""中华六艺"主体共生禀赋与"丝路六通"主体共生优势新时代经济创新发展历史、逻辑原理、理论,提出中国特色新主体经济、新共生经济、新制度经济、新知识经济、新动能经济等新时代经济学学科话语共生优势理论框架、理论体系;揭示出中国经济持续增长40年的经济原理、创新原理、自主原理、主体原理、共生原理、自组织原理与跨越发展原理、科学发展原理,完成"一带一路"全球治理体系变革的新主体经济学全球话语体系建构及其新时代经济相关学术、理论话语体系建构,并以之破解全球后殖民经济话语体系的发展难题与新结构经济比较优势的理论困境。
On the basis of the reflection on the theories of development economics,the civilization mutual learning of the structural economics and the three laws of international division of labor in the post-colonial economy,in combination with the history,logic principles and the theories of the new era economic innovations on the subject symbiosis endowment of OBOR and Chinese Six Art,and on the subject symbiosis advantage of Six Approach of Silk Road,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework and theoretical system of the discourse of the new era economics on symbiosis advantage,including the new economy of Chinese characteristics,new symbiosis economy,new system economy,new knowledge economy,new kinetic energy economy. At the same time,the paper reveals the economic principle,innovation principle,independent principle,the main body principle,principle of symbiosis theory,self-organization and symbiotic development theory,the spanning development principle and the principle of scientific development,which supported the 40 years＇ growth of Chinese economy. This paper completes the construction of the global post-colonial economic discourse system of the New Subject Economics in the OBOR global governance system,and the construction of related academic and theoretical discourse system in the new era,to solve the problems of the development in the post-colonial economic discourse system and the academic difficulties of comparative advantage in the new structure economics.
