摘要
目的评价人性化护理应用于胫腓骨骨折手术患者围手术期中的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年6月本院收治的100例胫腓骨骨折患者,利用电脑随机分为常规组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。常规组患者在围手术期行常规化护理,研究组患者在常规组的基础上应用人性化护理。对比两组护理效果以及护理满意度。结果研究组总体疗效94.00%,高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度96.00%,高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于胫腓骨骨折手术患者围手术期中,可进一步提高患者的临床疗效及护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of humanized nursing in the perioperative period of patients with tibiofibular fractures. Methods 100 patients with tibiofibula fracture from January 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into the conventional group（n = 50） and the research group（n = 50） randomized by computer. Patients in the routine group was given routine nursing during perioperative period, while the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine group. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The overall efficacy in the study group was 94.00%, which higher than that of the conventional group 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The overall nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%, which higher than that of the conventional group 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of humanistic nursing in perioperative period of tibia and fibula fracture patients can further improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients.
