摘要
随着医疗技术以及器械的进步,维持性血液透析技术已在临床上受到广泛使用,但维持性血液透析在临床上可引起或诱发心血管不良事件,耽误治疗进程,甚至影响患者生命安全及预后。关于维持性血液透析诱发心血管事件的病因及预防性护理研究是目前研究的重点和热点,研究重点也逐渐向加强患者的认知、依从性、特殊透析模式等方面进行转移,以达到减少心血管事件发生为目的。本研究旨在从护理角度对血液透析引起的心血管事件原因进行深入研究,找出预防性护理措施,减少血液透析过程引发血管并发症,降低心血管事件发生风险,为临床血液透析护理工作提供参考依据。
As the medical technology and devices are developed, the maintenance hemodialysis technology has been widely applied in clinical practice. However, the cardiovascular events induced by maintenance hemodialysis may hold up the treatment progress and threaten the patient＇s safety and prognosis. Therefore, the research on its pathogenesis and preventive nursing is much concerned, which it is gradually transferred to the domain research on the patient＇s cognition, compliance and special dialysis modes in reducing the incidence rate of cardiovascular events. In the paper, the pathogenesis of cardiovascular events is further explored to find out the preventive nursing modes, to reduce the complications and incidence rate of cardiovascular events and to provide the basis on the clinical nursing interventions.
