摘要
目的观察肾康灵对TGF-β1干预后肾小管上皮细胞内E-cadherin、α-SMA表达,探讨其抗肾间质纤维化机制。方法采用Western bloting法、RP-PCR法观察空白组、TGF-β1组、肾康灵组的α-SMA、E-cadherin的表达。实验结果采用SPSS 23.0进行统计。结果肾康灵可下调α-SMA、上调E-cadherin m RNA的表达水平,对比TGF-β1组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康灵通过下调α-SMA,上调E-cadherin的水平,缓解肾间质纤维化。
Objective Investigate the expression of the α-SMA and E-cadherin in the rat renal tubular epithelial cell induced in TGF-β1 by shenkangling, in order to clarify the possible mechanism in preventing renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods The expression of α-SMA by Western blotting and detect E-cadherin m RNA by RT-PCR in control group, TGF-β1 group and shenkangling group was measured. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0. Results Compared with TGF-β1 group, the expression of α-SMA in shenkangling group was down-regulated, and E-cadherin was up-regulated(P〈0.05). Conclusion Shenkangling can reduce renal interstitial fibrosis by decrease the level of α-SMA and increase the level of E-cadherin.
