摘要
研究了嵌段聚醚氨基硅油改性水性聚氨酯在棉织物抗皱整理中的应用,采用乳液粒径测试、傅里叶变换红外光谱测试(FT-IR)、热稳定性测试(TG)、扫描电子显微镜测试(SEM)等手段,对自制的改性WPU乳液及棉纤维整理前后的性能进行测试。得到优化工艺为:改性WPU 50/L,渗透剂JFC 0.5%(omf);优化整理工艺为:二浸二轧(轧余率85%),预烘(80℃,2 min),焙烘(150℃,3 min)。整理后的棉织物抗皱性和手感改善明显,且白度、强力和透气性等达到良好效果。
The application of blocked polyether amino silicone oil modified waterborne polyurethane to an- ti-wrinkle finishing of cotton fabric is studied. The properties of self-made modified polyurethane emul- sion and cotton fiber before and after finishing are studied by emulsion particle size test, Fourier trans- form infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal stability test (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The finishing procedure is optimized as follows: cotton fabric is processed with two-dip-two-nip method by 85% pick up in a solution which contains modified WPU 50 g/L and JFC 0.5%(omf), followed by drying at 80 ℃ for 2 min and curing at 150℃ for 3 min. The results show that the crease resistance and hand feeling of the cotton fabric can be improved significantly after finishing. Moreover, the finished cotton fabric can get good properties of whiteness, strength and air permeability.
