摘要
为了提取巨磁阻GMR(Giant Magneto Resistance)生物传感器输出的微弱信号,以FPGA为核心硬件平台,基于数字化双通道相关检测技术,设计GMR生物传感器的专用信号检测电路。根据GMR生物传感器输出信号的特点和相关检测的基本原理,给出系统的总体设计方案;完成了系统中各子模块设计,并对各模块进行联调;对设计的检测电路进行了实验测试。测试结果表明:该系统能够检测出微弱信号,信号检测的相对误差随着被测信号幅值的增大而减小。当被测信号为100μV时,相对误差为0. 83%。
In order to extract the weak signal output by giant magneto resistance(GMR) biosensor, the special signal detection circuit for CMR biosensor was designed based on digital dual channel colwelation detection technology with FPGA as the core hardware platform. We presented the overall design scheme of the system according to the characteristics of GMR biosensor's output signals and the basic principles of colwelation detection. The design of each sub-module in the system was accomplished and the modules were coordinated. We tested the detection circuit by experiments. The experimental results show that the system is able to detect the weak signals, and relative error of signal detection decreases with the increase of the amplitude of the measured signal. When the measured signal is 100μV, the relative error is 0.83%.
