Objective To analyze the nursing effect of modified low-hip high-lateral transurethral resection of prostate in the laparoscopic surgery in the department of gynecology. Methods 80 cases of patients in our study were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group used the traditional transurethral resection of prostate for nursing intervention, while the control group used the modified low-hip high-lateral transurethral resection of prostate. Results The difference in the blood pressure between the two groups before the change of positions P0.05, but after the change of positions, the change range in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group P0.05, at the same time, the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.00%vs 20.00%), the difference was statistically signficant(χ~2=4.114 3,P0.05), besides, the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(χ~2=6.134 6,P 0.05). Conclusion The modified low-hip high-lateral transurethral resection of prostate under the effective nursing intervention can prevent the incidence rate of surgical complications, reduce the changes of blood pressure, ensure the safety of operation and health of patients, and the clinical significance is profound, and it is worth promotion and application.
