摘要
目的探讨快速康复理念在老年人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法将2017年6月～2018年4月我院接诊的39例患者纳入本研究。按照干预方法不同将患者为观察组21例和对照组18例。观察组:快速康复理念。对照组:传统模式。比较两组手术时间和住院时间、疼痛情况、髋关节功能评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组平均手术时间、平均住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后疼痛评分低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后髋关节功能评分高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念能够改善老年患者人工髋关节置换术围手术期护理效果,患者手术时间短,住院时间少,疼痛轻,髋关节功能改善较好,而且并发症明显减少,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of artificial hip joint replacement in elderly patients. Methods A total of 39 patients admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the different intervention methods, the patients were divided into the observation group（n=21） and the control group（n=18）. The observation group was treated with the concept of rapid recovery. The control group was given traditional mode. The operation time and hospitalization time, pain, hip function score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time and average hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The pain score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The hip function score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention and that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation concept can improve the perioperative nursing effect of artificial hip joint replacement in elderly patients. The patients have short operation time, less hospital stay, less pain, better hip function improvement, and significantly reduced complications. It has high application value.
