摘要
山区扶贫移民搬离原居住地,在物质生活得到保障和发展的同时,其精神文化生活也要同步跟进,才能实现精准扶贫和可持续发展。图书馆作为公共文化服务体系建设的组成部分,是实现山区居民"搬得出、稳得住、能致富"的重要文化服务机构,是扶贫搬迁移民精神文化生活再造的助推器。通过实地走访和问卷调查发现,安康市扶贫搬迁移民社区居民文化设施较简陋、文化素质普遍较低、文化生活单调。基于此,本文认为应加强扶贫搬迁移民社区图书馆建设,并就建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议。
In order to realize the accurate and sustainable development of poverty alleviation, the spiritual and cultural life of migrants in mountainous areas should be followed up while their material life is guaranteed and developed for those poverty relief immigrants who move away from the original place of residence in Mountainous areas. As an integral part of the construction of public cultural service system, the library is an important cultural service institution for mountain residents ＂moving out, living steadily and becoming rich＂, and a booster for the reconstruction of spiritual and cultural life of the migrants. Through field visits and questionnaires, it is found that the cultural facilities of the migrant community in Ankang city are relatively simple, the cultural quality is generally low, and the cultural life is monotonous. Based on this, this paper argues that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of community libraries for poverty alleviation migrants, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
