摘要
提出基于Solidworks和3ds Max软件的电气设备协同建模方法,分析比较了两种建模软件的优缺点,协同各自优点,以配电变压器台区为研究对象,采用SolidWorks软件对设备各零部件进行建模,建立装配体模型并完成虚拟装配,再导入3ds Max软件进行贴图、渲染、烘焙,构造出高逼真度、高沉浸感的三维场景模型,协同建模方法能提高设计模型的效率,减少大量繁琐的工作。
A collaborative modeling method based on SolidWorks and 3ds Max software is proposed in this paper, their advan- tages and disadvantages are discussed and the throe-dimensional model of distribution transformer platform is developed by taking advantage of their strengths. In the first place, the components of electrical equipment are studied and assembly model are estab- lished, then virtual assembly are finished by Solidworks software. The corresponding modeling method 3ds Max is used for model rendering so as to construct a 3d scene model with high fidelity and high immersion. The results show that collaborative modeling method not only improves the efficiency of the design model but also reduces the amount of tedious work.
