摘要 研究ZG40NiCrMo钢调质处理工艺参数对铸钢组织与性能的影响,分别采取在840~880℃淬火及600~650℃回火的热处理,然后测试试件的硬度、拉伸与冲击性能。试验结果表明,试验用钢经过热处理后形成了均匀分布的回火索氏体组织,经过较高温度回火后,可以获得优良的综合力学性能,其中860℃淬火+630℃回火热处理工艺可以满足生产实际需要。 In this paper,ZG40CrNiMo cast steel was prepared and heat-treated with the effects of both quenching and tempering temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties studied. The cast steel was quenched at temperatures ranging from 840℃ to880℃,and tempered at the temperatures ranging from 600℃ to 650℃,in which uniform carbide precipitates were observed and then the mechanical properties including Brinell hardness,tensile properties and Charpy impact toughness were tested. The results showthat heat treating at high temperature for tempering may lead to excellent mechanical properties,and860℃ quenching + 630℃ tempering is the suitable heat treatment for applications.
