催化裂化装置中外取热器安装技术的改进 被引量:2

摘要 哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂现代化改造项目新建200万t/a催化裂化装置采用美国UOP公司技术,两台外取热器悬挂于再生器锥段的下方。通过采用大型吊车整体倒装、夺吊、提升、就位工艺替代UOP推荐的安装工艺方法,解决了外取热器安装的难点。详细介绍了设备出厂要求、施工预留、吊装设备、索具设置、夺吊设置以及过程控制等内容的施工工艺。实践证明,采取此安装工艺,提高了施工效率,缩短了施工工期,节省了施工成本并安全、高效地完成了安装任务,为今后安装或检修此类设备提供了宝贵经验。 The newly built 2 million t/a catalytic cracking unit of Kazakhstan PKOP Shimkent refinery modernization project adopts the technology of UOP Company, two external catalytic coolers of the catalytic cracking unit hang bellow the conic section of the regenerator. The difficulties in installing the external coolers are overcome by replacing the UOP recommended installation process with the improved process that using a heavy crane to carry out integral upside-down lifting, shifting with two chain blocks, lifting operation and putting in place. The requirement for external catalytic cooler transport from factory, the reserved parts for construction, the crane and rigging, the chain blocks for shifting and the process control are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the new installation process can raise the construction efficiency, shorten construction period,save construction cost and be safe.
