摘要
煤层气集输管路内输送的介质为湿气,随着温度的降低,会有小液滴凝结析出,在管路局部低洼处聚集,影响管路流通能力,加速管路内腐蚀速率,给集输系统安全平稳运行带来重大隐患。通过分析对比清管作业与集气站预脱水两种工艺优缺点,为煤层气田建设与生产运行过程中集输管路积液排放工艺的选择提供借鉴。利用OLGA多相流模拟软件对管路积液分布进行分析与预测,得出合理的清管作业周期,调研分析了常用脱水工艺,推荐在集气站内采用外制冷的方法进行预脱水。排液工艺优选研究表明:集气站预脱水工艺虽然可以达到控制水露点合格,有效抑制管路内游离水的生成,但因其一次性投资成本较高,且运行与维护成本较高,因此仍推荐采用定期清管作业排出管路内积液的工艺。
The medium transported in CBM gathering pipeline is wet gas. With the decrease of temperature,there will be small droplet condensation,which will accumulate in local low-lying areas in the pipeline to affect the flow capacity and accelerate the corrosion rate of pipeline,and bring huge hidden dangers to the safe operation of gas gathering system. By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two drainage processes( i.e. pigging and pre-dehydration ),this paper provides guidance for selecting drainage process of the gas gathering pipeline in construction, production and operation of CBM field. Through the analysis and prediction of liquid-holdup by applying the multi-flow simulation software OLGA,the reasonable operation cycle of pigging is obtained. After the research and analysis on various methods of dehydration,the external cooling method is recommended to use in pre-dehydration in gas gathering station. The study of drainage process optimization shows that the method of dehydration can control the water dew point to be qualified and effectively inhibit the generation of free water in the pipeline,but due to higher cost of one-off investment and higher costs of operation and maintenance,it is recommended to use conventional pigging operation to discharge accumulated liquid in the pipeline.
