摘要 本文基于大数据视角下,以中南大学信息化建设为背景,对本科人才培养方案和教学运行管理进行了深入研究与实践。对教学运行管理进行供给侧改革,补齐教学运行管理短板。确立了以学生积极参与、自我管理为主的教学管理理念,突出大数据视角下的教学运行管理的流程性、规范性和共享性。建立了科学、规范化的工作流程,强化了服务师生的意识,保证了正常的教学秩序,同时提高了工作效率。 Under the perspective of big data, based on the informatization construction of Central South University, in-depth research and practice on undergraduate talents training programs and teaching of operation management is conducted. Supply-side reform on teaching operation management is carried out and the shorting of the teaching operation management is filled. The concept of teaching management that mainly includes students' active participation and self-management is established, the process, standardization and sharing of teaching operation and management under the perspective of big data is highlighted. The scientific and standardized work flow is established, the consciousness for serving teachers and students is strengthened, the normal teaching order is ensured while the work efficiency is improved.
