摘要
在前人研究成果的基础上,提出了运用轻资产运营战略实施专业平台化运营的产业整合构想:首先,通过企业分层,重塑行业龙头企业;其次,由核心企业主导,实施组建专业化运营平台;最后,由平台整合产业内外各种优势资源,提高产业层面的资源配置效率,完善参与主体的风险与收益机制,从而构建产业、金融、信息融合发展、协同共赢的新型产业生态。
In the age of the Internet, the development of traditional manufacturing faces both major challenges and great opportunities. How to profit and avoid disadvantages, speed up industrial optimization and upgrading？ Based on the results of previous research, this paper puts forward the concept of industrial integration using light assets operation strategy to imple- ment professional platform operation. First of all, reshape the leading enterprises in the industry through the stratification of enterprises; secondly, dominate by the core enterprises to build a specialized operating platform; finally, integrate the vari- ous resources, internal and external advantages, through the platform to improve industrial resource allocation efficiency and improve the risk and benefit mechanism of the participants in order to construct an new win-win industrial ecology of development intergrating the industry, finance and information.
