摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序在提高神经内科静脉留置针规范使用中的应用效果。方法应用PDCA循环模式中的计划、实施、检查、处理四个步骤对导致静脉留置针规范使用率低的原因进行分析,找出要因,并根据要因,制定改进措施,并组织实施,检查计划实施的结果,比较应用PDCA前后静脉留置针规范使用率。结果应用PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序后半年,静脉留置针规范使用率较应用PDCA循环模式前提高了19.91%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序对提高静脉留置针规范使用率是行之有效的,降低了输液并发症的发生率,确保输液的安全。
Objective TO explore the application of PDCA circulation modeof scientific quality management procedures to increase the rate of venousindwelling needle specification used in the The Neurology Department.Methods Apply the four steps （plan, do, check, action） of PDCA circulationto analyze the reasons of low rate of venous indwelling needle specificationused , found out the main reason, and according to the main reason, madethe improvement measures, and organied the implementation, inspectedthe results of plan implementation, compared the rate of venous indwellingneedle specification used with the application of PDCA circulation. ResultsWith the application of PDCA circulation ,the rate of venous indwellingneedle specification used increased by 19.91% after half a year, Theresults indicated that the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionApplying PDCA circulation pattern of scientific quality management program is effective to increase the rate of venous indwelling needle specification used , and decrease the incidence of transfusion complications,and assure the safety of transfusion.
