摘要
目的探析人文关怀护理在乳腺癌术后放疗患者中的应用效果情况。方法选取我院接收的乳腺癌术后行放疗治疗的86例患者为研究对象,随机分设研究组和对照组两组,对照组常规护理,研究组人文关怀护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果干预后研究组患者生理维度、心理社会维度、性生活维度、婚姻维度及总分等情况均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者的总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将人文关怀护理用于乳腺癌术后放疗的临床治疗中,既能有效改善患者负性情绪,而且还能使生理维度与心理社会维度下降,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care inpatients with postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer. Methods 86patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer in ourhospital were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided intoa study group and a control group, the control group used routine nursing and the study group used human care nursing intervention. Two groupsof nursing effects were compared. Results The physiological dimension,psycho-social dimension, sexual dimension, marital dimension and totalscore of the study group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Total satisfaction was higher in the study group than in the controlgroup（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of humanistic care in the clinicaltreatment of postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer can not onlyeffectively improve the negative mood of patients, but also reduce thephysiological dimension and psychosocial dimension, improve the qualityof life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
