摘要
医德医风的形成为医院建设和发展中的主题,也是职业道德建设的重点内容。促使医德医风建设,给予深入开展,并将其作为有效依据,能为我国经济、教育工作等提供重点手段,推进我国医院的总体建设与发展,在发挥其功能条件下,也将展现十分必要的作用。在当前社会发展中,随着人民群众对医疗服务质量和要求的提出,要符合医院的科学管理需求,需要对传统的医德医风档案管理模式优化改进,促进整体的信息化发展,保证将其作为主要形式。文章中,通过对医德医风档案管理建设意义的分析,探讨医院管理工作中存在的问题,并给出主要的信息化管理模式。
