摘要
按照党的十九大报告提出的"建立全面规范透明、标准科学、约束有力的预算制度,全面实施绩效管理"要求,农业科研事业单位在落实政策的基础上,应当继续采取有力措施推进预算绩效管理。在此提出对推进预算绩效管理的具体措施及实施方法的思考,有助于农业科研事业单位进一步推进预算绩效管理,实现绩效目标。
According to the requirements of the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China, ＂establish a comprehensive, standardized, transparent, standard and scientific budget system and fully implement performance management＂, agricultural scientific research institutions should continue to take effective measures to promote budget performance management on the basis of implementing policies.The article put forward some thoughts on the specific measures and implementation methods to promote budget performance management, which was helpful for agricultural scientific research institutions to further promote budget performance management and achieve performance goals.
