摘要
对科研财务助理制度的背景和意义进行了剖析,并针对农业科研单位科研财务助理制度的现状和存在的问题,提出了建立健全科研财务助理制度的若干思路。希望农业科研单位通过建立健全科研财务助理制度来减少科研人员在科研经费方面的繁琐事务,让他们能够潜心科研工作。
The article analyzed the background and significance of the research financial assistant system, and put forward some suggestions on how to establish and improve the scientific research assistant system for the current situation and existing problems of the scientific research financial assistant system of agricultural research institutes.It is hoped that agricultural research units will reduce the cumbersome work of researchers in research funding by establishing a sound scientific research assistant system, so that they can concentrate on scientific research work.
