摘要
设计了一种采用气控盘式刹车的单减速箱石油钻井绞车及其控制系统。对这一绞车的传动系统、技术特点与性能进行了介绍,对其刹车控制系统与自动送钻控制系统进行了分析。这一绞车质量轻,体积小,结构简单,工作稳定可靠。
A petroleum drilling winch with pneumatic disc brake for single reduction gearbox and its control system were designed. The transmission system, technical characteristics and performance of this winch were introduced. The brake control system and the automatic control system for bit feed were analyzed. The winch features light in weight, compact in size, simple in structure and stable ＆ reliable for operation.
