摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台,探讨东晋医家刘涓子所撰《刘涓子鬼遗方》中治疗外科疾病的组方用药规律。方法整理《刘涓子鬼遗方》中治疗外科疾病的所有方剂,采用中医传承辅助平台中的关联规则分析及复杂系统熵聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,确定方剂中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则。结果通过整理得到158首方剂,涉及中药125味;使用频数≥10的有39味,频数居前8位的中药分别是当归、甘草、白芍、川芎、黄芩、生地黄、白芷、大黄;将支持度设为30,置信度设为0.7,得到出现频数≥30次的药物组合共20个,关联规则8个;设置相关度为8、惩罚度为2,演化出3~4味药的核心组合Ⅰ和Ⅱ各9个,在以上核心组合提取的基础上,进一步聚类得到9个新处方。结论《刘涓子鬼遗方》治疗外科疾病主要用经典方四物汤和当归+白芍、川芎+当归、甘草+当归3组药对临证加减,同时利用核心组合提取得到9个新处方,为临床治疗外科疾病的处方用药提供理论指导。
Objective To explore the medication rule of LIU Juanzi＇s Ghosts-Bequeathed Prescriptions for surgical diseases based on TCM inheritance support system. Methods Prescriptions of LIU Juanzi ＇s Ghosts-Bequeathed Prescriptions for surgical diseases were organized and analyzed by the methods of association rules analysis and complex system entropy cluster analysis to determine the frequency of drug use in prescriptions and the rules for association between drugs. Results 158 prescriptions and 125 Chinese herbs were involved in this study. There were 39 herbs showed the frequency of more than 10 times,and the top 8 were： Danggui（ Angelicae Sinensis Radix）,Gancao（ Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma）,Baishao（ Paeoniae Radix Alba）,Chuanxiong（ Chuanxiong Rhizoma）,Huangqin（ Scuteliariae Radix）,Shengdihuang（ Rehmanniae Radix）,Baizhi（ Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）,Dahuang（ Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma）.The number of support degrees was set to 30,confidence was set to 0.7,20 herb combinations with occurrence frequency ≥30 times were obtained and the association rule was 8. The correlation degree was set to 8,the penalty degree was 2,and 9 core combinations I and II of 3 to 4 herbs were evolved. On the basis of the above core combination extraction,9 new prescriptions were further clustered. Conclusion The mean prescriptions of LIU Juanzi＇s Ghosts-Bequeathed Prescriptions for surgical diseases include： Siwu Decoction,Danggui（ Angelicae Sinensis Radix） ＋Baishao（ Paeoniae Radix Alba）,Chuanxiong（ Chuanxiong Rhizoma） ＋Danggui（ Angelicae Sinensis Radix） and Gancao（ Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma） ＋Danggui（ Angelicae Sinensis Radix）.Meanwhile,nine new prescriptions were extracted using the core combination. This study provides theoretical guidance for the clinical prescriptions treating surgical diseases.
