摘要
该研究旨在通过调查了解影响患者就医时选择的因素,而得出患者的需求,和根据患者(除病症外)其他的特点进行医院的改革和创新,帮助病人有更好的就医体验,同时也有利于医院更好地进行研究和服务。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the choice of patients when they seek medical treatment,and to derive the needs of patients, and to carry out hospital reform and innovation according to other characteristics of patients（except the symptoms）, to help patients have a better medical experience. At the same time, it is also conducive to better research and service in hospitals.
