摘要
目前,我国各方面建设都在快速发展,对电力能源需求与日俱增,如何保证供电安全逐渐成为电力企业的首要工作。作为电力能源供应的主要载体,做好安全工作不仅能够提高企业的经济效益,还可以保证内部员工的人身安全,降低安全事故发生的概率。在这种环境下,建立电力企业安全人力基础体系具有重要意义。基于此,本文对安全人力基础体系的建立策略展开探讨。
At present, the construction of all aspects of China is developing rapidly, and the demand for electric energy is increasing day by day. How to ensure the safety of power supply has gradually become the primary task of electric power enterprises. As the main carrier of electric energy supply, doing well the safety work can not only improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, but also ensure the personal safety of internal employees and reduce the probability of occurrence of safety accidents. In this environment, it is of great significance to establish a safety human foundation system for power companies. Based on this, this paper discusses the establishment strategy of the safety human foundation system.
