摘要 杨林隧道是昆明绕城高速东南段的重大控制性工程之一,该隧道轴线方案对于优化路网结构、降低工程规模及控制工程风险具有重要意义。初步设计阶段详细研究了工可方案,提出了6个隧道轴线方案,以安全、耐久、经济、节能、利于保护生态环境为基本评判准则,按照"一功能""二确定""三协调""四注重"的基本思路对6个隧道轴线方案有层次性地展开综合比选,进而确定K线为推荐方案。重点阐述了在隧道进出口位置确定、隧道起止点高程确定时应考虑的各种因素及其在隧道轴线方案比选中的应用,并认为隧道轴线方案比选应以功能为主线、以"三协调"为基本判据、以"四注重"为过程控制手段,最终达成一个各方都认可的方案,同时简要介绍了隧道轴线方案比选的思路和方法,以期为相关工程的规划、设计提供参考。 Yanglin tunnel is one of the most important control projects in the southeast section of KunMing belt expressway. The tunnel axis scheme is of great significance to optimize the road network structure,reduce the project scale and control the project risk. In the preliminary design stage, the feasible scheme is studied in detail, and six tunnel axis schemes are put forward. Taking safety, durability, economy,energy saving and environmental protection as the basic evaluation criteria, the six tunnel axis schemes are synthesized hierarchically according to the basic ideas of " one function" , " two determination" , " threecoordination" and " four attention" . Then the K-line is recommended. This paper emphatically focuses on the various factors that should be considered in determining the position of the entrance and exit of the tunnel, the elevation of the starting and stopping points of the tunnel, their application in the comparison and selection of tunnel axis schemes Meanwhile, it is considered that the comparison and selection of tunnel axis schemes should take " function" as the essential, " three coordination" as the basic criterion, "four attention{ " as means of the process control. Therefore, a plan accepted by all participants can be reached. Also a brief introduction on idea and method of the comparison and demonstration of Yanglin Tunnel is given. It can be used for reference of related tunnel planning and design.
