摘要
为了提高《既有建筑鉴定与加固技术规范》的编制质量,介绍了中欧双方的建筑规范体系,并从基于性能的抗震鉴定目标、认知水平、量化分析方法以及加固改造等角度对中欧标准做出阐释和对比。通过分析现行GB 50702——2011《砌体结构加固设计规范》强制性条文以及中欧双方标准的异同点,对《既有建算鉴定与加同技术规范》砌体结构章节的编制提出建议。
To improve the quality of Technical Code for Appraisal and Reinforcement of Existing Building, the building-code systems of China and Europe were introduced and compared from the aspects of performance-based seismic identification targets, cognitive levels, quantitative analysis methods, reinforcement and transformation. By analyzing the current compulsory provisions of Code for Design of Strengthening Masonry Structures ( GB 50702--2011 )with the similarities and differences between China and Europe, some suggestions were put forward for the masonry structure chapter of Technical Code for Appraisal and Reinforcement of Existing Building, it could provide a reference for the compilers.
