摘要
针对中海油惠州石化有限公司的催化裂化装置外取热、油浆、余热锅炉3个蒸汽汽包出现的炉水、蒸汽质量不合格的问题,分析了可能影响装置蒸汽汽包炉水和蒸汽质量的因素。并采取相应的解决措施,使蒸汽汽包的炉水、蒸汽质量得到了有效控制。
Aiming at the problems of unqualified external heat removal, slurry and furnace water existed in the 3 steam drums of waste heat boiler of catalytic cracking unit. the factors possibly influencing the quality of steam drum furnace water and steam were analyzed. Corresponding countermeasures were adopted, and the steam quality was effectively controlled.
