摘要
分析了汽轮发电机组轴承油膜劣化后对轴系动特性和静特性参数的影响,提出了汽轮发电机组轴承油膜劣化故障的原因和特征,并介绍了各种油膜故障的实际工程案例。轴承温度、轴振动和顶轴油压力表示数是油膜状态的直接反映,可以利用这些参数对油膜故障进行诊断。
By analyzing the influence of oil film degradation fault on dynamic and static characteristics of shafting, the causes and characteristics of oil film degradation fault of turbine generator unit are put forward, accompanied by a description of cases met in practice. Bearing temperature, vibration and jacking oil pressure are direct reflection of oil film degradation fault, and these parameters can be used to diagnose oil film degradation faults.
