摘要
低固相泥浆是以聚丙烯酰胺为主及其它有机物配制的优质轻型泥浆(膨润土含量≤7%),比重一般较低。本文着重分析了低固相泥浆在水文地质钻井施工中的应用,探讨低固相泥浆的配置方法,及其优点和缺点,从而实现钻进排渣快、钻进速度快、提高钻探效率和成井质量的目的。
Low solid mud is a high quality light mud made of polyacrylamide and other organic substances(bentonite content is less than 7%),and the proportion is generally low.This paper mainly analyzes the application of low solid mud in the construction of hydrogeological drilling,discusses the configuration method of low solid mud,and its advantages and disadvantages,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drilling and drilling,rapid drilling speed,improving drilling efficiency and well forming quality.
