摘要 目前,随着我国社会经济和科技的不断进步和创新,电气自动化技术也得到了进一步的发展。为了在日益激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,我国有关机构都要将自身技术水平及竞争力不断提高。目前,电气自动化控制技术在我国大部分矿产企业中得到了广泛运用,并使其技术水平不断提高。现在大多数企业自动化控制技术主要以集成化、知识密集化及功能多样化为主要发展趋势。在我国电气自动化控制技术中PLC技术其中的一项主要技术,具备一定优点。虽然PLC技术在我国矿山电气自动化控制中取得了很大进步,但由于起步和发展较晚,与发达国家相比仍相对落后。继续加强相关技术研究,有效应对技术和实际技术问题,进一步提高国际竞争力。本文对PLC技术在我国矿电自动化控制中的应用进行了全面的研究,并结合自己的工作经验提出了一些建议,为相关工作人员提供参考。 At present, with the continuous progress and innovation of social economy and science and technology in our country, electrical automation technology has also been further developed. In order to occupy a place in the increasingly fierce market competition, the relevant institutions of our country should constantly improve their own technical level and competitiveness. At present, electrical automation control technology has been widely used in most of China's mining enterprises, and its technical level has been continuously improved. At present, most of the enterprise automation control technology is mainly integrated, knowledge-intensive and functional diversification of the main development trend. In China's electrical automation control technology, one of the main technologies of PLC technology has certain advantages. Although PLC technology has made great progress in mine electrical automation control in China, it is still relatively backward compared with developed countries because of its late start and development. We will continue to strengthen relevant technical research, effectively address technical and practical technical issues, and further enhance international competitiveness. This paper makes a comprehensive study on the application of PLC technology in mine electric automation control in our country, and puts forward some suggestions based on our own work experience, which can provide reference for relevant staff.
